If a worker didn't work at all that month, there may not be a row in the database for that worker. For example, you may be showing workers and the number of hours worked in a particular month. Show and Hide Empty Rows and Columns When you are working with fields that are not dates or numeric bins, Tableau hides missing values by default.Add a floating vertical layout container to your dashboard, and then place the worksheet within the layout container, changing the sizing to Entire View, and hiding the title. To hide, go to Worksheet>Tooltip and then uncheck the Show Tooltips option in the bottom left corner.
